Assist the Manager of Student Affairs in the department's overall management, ensuring the smooth operation of student services.
Help to develop and implement programs that promote student engagement, development, and retention.
Student Support and Guidance:
Assist students in navigating School’s policies, procedures, and resources, ensuring their access to necessary support services.
Oversee student orientation programs, student clubs, and extracurricular activities to enhance student life on campus.
Program Development and Evaluation:
Collaborate with the Student Affairs manager to develop and implement policies that align with the institution’s goals and enhance the student experience.
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and events on topics related to student wellbeing, leadership, and academic success.
Alumni Support:
Maintain alumni data and handle financial assistance cases of the students.
Develop, and strengthen alumni support system with focus on establishing continuous outreach and maintaining connections with students.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors or Master’s Degree preferably in Social Sciences, Youth Development or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in student affairs or a related capacity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Command on MS Excel
