Job Summary

Operational Leadership:

  • Assist the Manager of Student Affairs in the department's overall management, ensuring the smooth operation of student services.
  • Help to develop and implement programs that promote student engagement, development, and retention.

Student Support and Guidance:

  • Assist students in navigating School’s policies, procedures, and resources, ensuring their access to necessary support services.
  • Oversee student orientation programs, student clubs, and extracurricular activities to enhance student life on campus.

Program Development and Evaluation:

  • Collaborate with the Student Affairs manager to develop and implement policies that align with the institution’s goals and enhance the student experience.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and events on topics related to student wellbeing, leadership, and academic success.

Alumni Support:

  • Maintain alumni data and handle financial assistance cases of the students.
  • Develop, and strengthen alumni support system with focus on establishing continuous outreach and maintaining connections with students.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree preferably in Social Sciences, Youth Development or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in student affairs or a related capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Command on MS Excel
