Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor Production Process:
Verify finished good quality parameters (time, temperature, pressure, weight, texture, etc.).
Conduct floor visits and on-site verification.
Manage Labor:
Allocate labor based on the daily production plan.
Match labor strength to production requirements.
Maintain Hygiene and Safe Product Standards:
Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are met.
Conduct routine walks and correct deviations.
Make Product Reconciliation Reports:
Compile reports on material utilization and wastage.
Analyze production activities and calculate material balance.
Monitor Inventory Levels:
Check material availability to meet production plan.
Analyze inventory levels.
Coach and Counsel Labor on Performance Standards:
Provide information and motivation for high performance standards.
Conduct training, demonstrations, and GMP/GHP talks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 6 years of previous experience.
Educational Qualification Required: Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology.
Educational Qualification Preferred:
Master's Degree in Food Technology.
MSc in Applied Chemistry.
Certification Required:
Quality Management System (QMS)
Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
Skills:
Understanding of production quality parameters such as time, temperature, and pressure, with the ability to monitor and verify production processes.
Ability to allocate and manage labor based on production needs, along with strong leadership and team coordination skills.
In-depth knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in food production, with the ability to conduct routine inspections and enforce compliance.

Knowledge of inventory control and monitoring levels to ensure materials meet production requirements.
