We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Amazon Marketplace to lead and optimize our online retail operations, specifically focused on managing our clothing brand on Amazon. The ideal candidate has a background in e-commerce marketplace management and has led a team, with a specific focus on the clothing or fashion industry.
Marketplace Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth on Amazon, enhancing product visibility, sales, and profitability.
Team Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team to ensure operational efficiency and goal achievement, fostering a high-performance culture.
Product Listings & Optimization: Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring SEO-friendly content, accurate descriptions, and strong visual appeal.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels, avoid stock outs, and minimize overstock situations.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, sales trends, and consumer insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and reviews to ensure high satisfaction levels, taking prompt action on any issues.
Campaign Management: Oversee Amazon advertising campaigns to increase product visibility, manage budgets, and maximize ROI.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Team Leader or Team Manager on Amazon, ideally with a focus on clothing or fashion brands.
Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proven track record of success in managing Amazon Marketplace accounts.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Amazon SEO and ad campaign management.
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central.
Proven track record in growing an Amazon store, preferably within the clothing or fashion segment.
