Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Assistant Manager to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist the HR Manager in managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns promptly.
  • Support the resolution of employee disputes and conflicts.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and foster employee engagement.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in conducting interviews and selecting candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive necessary training and resources.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and process HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and termination paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Support the development and monitoring of employee performance improvement plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee development initiatives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits.
  • Address employee questions regarding compensation and benefits.

HR Projects and Initiatives:

  • Support the HR Manager in the planning and execution of HR projects.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Experience in managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR administration.

Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of performance management and employee development strategies.

Certification:

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not mandatory.

Industry Experience:

  • Experience in [specific industry or sector] is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:
