Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

• The reputed IT company is looking for a suitable candidate.
• Position title : APEX Technical Assistance
• Assist current IT team in migration of ERP from Oracle 6i (db10g) to Oracle APEX (db 19c)
• by working as part of the development team.
• Deliverables:
• Develop simple and complex forms and reports in Oracle APEX as per the
• Understand the current ERP’s technical and business aspects that will help them to deliver in a more efficient and effective manner
• Develop process flows and ERDs if and when required
• Assists current developers and functional analyst in design and development of database structure, forms and reports
• Prepare daily progress report as agreed with the team lead

Required Skills

• Strong command over APEX development platform including forms, reports
• Can design and develop complex forms (Master Detail & Apex Collection, Data
• Uploading Forms, etc.) and reports without assistance
• Can design work Flows (Document approval and etc.)

Designing

•  Can implement application security (Forms, Menus, Item Type and etc.)
• Dynamic Actions (Expert level required using Javascript)
• Procedure & Functions (Using progress bar execution)
• Should be able to meet targets and timelines
• Knowledge of structure design and components of database
• Knowledge of data backup and recovery methods (added advantage)
• Database knowledge in the context of database migration (added advantage)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in software engineering related field
• - Similar Projects: Oracle Environment 2 projects, APEX Environment 2 Projects
• Tool Expertise: Oracle APEX, Jasper Reports, Oracle 10g, Oracle 19c Database
• (PL/SQL)
• Report: A hands-on experience of Jasper Reports designing, development, and
• integration with APEX.

Education:

• Bachelor or equivalent of Software Engineering related field

They will work within our premises from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. (Monday to Friday)
