Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Catalog Manager who can manage the return process, communicate with 3PL, manage catalogue, list product on Channels and optimize the backend operations of our Amazon seller accounts. This role is pivotal in maintaining active and profitable listings, ensuring seamless account performance, and adapting to the dynamic nature of the Amazon marketplace-PL.

Key Responsibilities:

Catalog and Shipment Management: 

  • Proficiently generate shipping labels, assign FNSKU codes, and maintain a comprehensive master catalog encompassing SKU, UPC, and detailed product attributes using Excel and Software for streamlined inventory and sales management.

Listing Management: 

  • Efficiently create and manage product listings on Amazon compelling product listings on Amazon, optimizing titles, bullet points, and descriptions for SEO, employing both flat file and manual listing methods.

Problem Solving:

  •  Demonstrated problem-solving skills in addressing challenges and overcoming obstacles during the cataloging process and new store launches.

Inventory Management: 

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, implementing replenishment strategies and coordinating with logistic team to prevent stock outs or overstock situations and also ensure user friendly packaging.

Reimbursement from Amazon: 

  • Proactively manage and optimize reimbursement processes on the Amazon platform, including lost & damage claims, returns, FBA fees, and storage fees, ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to Amazon's policies.

Relationship Management: 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with Amazon support to ensure seamless operations and prompt issue resolution.

Data Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback, or assigned by the management, utilizing data analysis tools to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of in-depth experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proficiency in tracking listing impacts via tools like Helium10.
  • Expertise in creating listings, managing variations, and fulfilling certificate requirements for diverse product categories.
  • Skilled in case management for listing modifications.
