AKU-EB Curriculum Support Specialists for Gilgit-Baltistan (Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Mathematics @ Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan

AKES, P invites applications for AKU-EB Curriculum Support Specialists in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Mathematics and English. The specialists will assist the Manager AKU-EB Support Unit in implementing AKU-EB school development plans, improving student and teacher performance, and developing plans for assessment and evaluation in line with AKES, P’s vision.

• Responsibilities include providing on-the-job mentoring and support to teachers, both in content and pedagogy, and conducting regional/cluster-based collaborative professional development workshops for head teachers and teachers.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in the relevant subject, minimum 3 years’ teaching/research experience with AKHSSs or affiliated schools of Aga Khan University Examination Board or with any other institutions having teaching/academic practices like AKUEB schools.
• Proven understanding of teaching and learning, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, proficiency in MS Office, and good written and oral communication skills are mandatory.
