Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and organizational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Junior Campus. This role includes handling documentation, coordinating with staff and parents, and maintaining records.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Maintain student and staff records and files
  • Assist in managing school correspondence (emails, letters, notices)
  • Coordinate communication between teachers, parents, and management
  • Help organize school events and meetings
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and handle petty cash (if applicable)
  • Support front desk operations, including visitor and phone handling

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Intermediate
  • At least one year of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer services approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office
