Job Summary

The Admin and Account Assistant will support the administrative and financial operations of the school. This role includes managing tasks, assisting with financial records, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expenses.
  • Process payments and manage school fees.
  • Maintain and organize student, staff, and financial records.
  • Handle office administration tasks such as answering calls, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering school supplies.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports for the school’s management.
  • Assist with other finance-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and school policies.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in finance and business administration.
  • Experience in administrative or accounting roles, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
