Job Summary

Our company dealing in freight forwarding and logistic company looking for an educated young hardworking person who know how to communicate with shipping line on company behalf where as also look after company financial activities .

Role and Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and banking activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.

Documentation Management:

  • Organize and maintain comprehensive records and documentation for all financial transactions.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately filed, easy to retrieve, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement efficient document management systems and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to collect and manage documentation.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of financial and business documents.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment related to financial documentation

Required Skills
