Job Summary

Looking for an Accountant who can handle multiple accounts efficiently. it would be a remote job

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Generate periodic financial reports and provide insights on financial performance.

Account Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Transaction Management:

• Record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.

Compliance and Auditing:

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor expenditures and compare them against the budget.

Financial Analysis:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations based on financial analysis.

Tax Preparation:

• Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to gather financial information.
• Communicate financial information and insights to management.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Graduate is required with proven experience of atleast 3 years 
• Excel ledgers 
• Accountancy Softwares 
• fluent in English 
• Candidate has to travel over our both locations (DHA & north Nazimabad).
