Job Summary
A well-established medical sales and marketing company urgently needs an Account and Admin Officer for its Karachi office.
Role and Responsibilities:
- The role entails handling basic office tasks, managing email correspondence with clients, maintaining accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate stock sheets.
- Proficiency in Photoshop or other graphic design skills for logo and leaflet design would be an advantage.
Required Skills
Candidates will be responsible for the following tasks,
- Invoices processing
- Taxation includes W.H. tax preparation and submission of tax challans.
- Keeping Accurate records of transactions
- Handling cheques and other financial details
- Maintain proper account sheets.
- Filling documents,
- Keeping Accurate records of transactions
- Record Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Plus point for a job if you have Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator for logo and brochure designing skills
- Good English communication skills
- Any other task assigned by company management
