We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Academic Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of academic programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
Role and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage course scheduling, class assignments, and academic calendars.
Serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and administration.
Maintain accurate academic records and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
Assist with accreditation processes and quality assurance initiatives.
Support curriculum development and program reviews.
Address student inquiries and provide academic advising support as needed.
Monitor faculty workload and assist in staffing coordination.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in academic coordination.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with curriculum planning and academic policy implementation.
Familiarity with accreditation standards and reporting.
Knowledge of student support services and advising practices.
