Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Academic Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of academic programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and students.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage course scheduling, class assignments, and academic calendars.

  • Serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and administration.

  • Maintain accurate academic records and ensure compliance with institutional policies.

  • Assist with accreditation processes and quality assurance initiatives.

  • Support curriculum development and program reviews.

  • Address student inquiries and provide academic advising support as needed.

  • Monitor faculty workload and assist in staffing coordination.

 

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in academic coordination.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with curriculum planning and academic policy implementation.

  • Familiarity with accreditation standards and reporting.

  • Knowledge of student support services and advising practices.
